We provide COD(Cash on Delievery) on all orders.
1)If you have any size related issue or if the product received is damaged/defective or different from what you ordered,then you can mail us at info@umbel.in within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
2)The reverse pick up charges are to be borne by the customer that is Rs 250. Note that the shipping charges are not refundable.
NOTE: An uncut Unboxing Video for the first time is mandatory to initiate an exchange request in case if there is a size issue or even if the product is damaged or defective. Please note we will check the whole piece before dispatching your exchanged product. The original item should be unused, unworn, unwashed & undamaged and should have all the original tags. Otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.
3) If the desired size you wish to exchange is not in stock,a credit note will be credited to your account created on www.umbel.in. The amount of this credit is equal to the value of the article that you purchased.
Validity of this credit note issued for exchange is 10 days.Note: This credit will be issued only after we receive back the article and validate the return.
4)Sale/Discounted articles are not eligible for exchange.
5) We humbly don't accept returns once the product is sold.
