Refunds
We provide refunds in the form of credit note.If  the customer has initiated an exchange request and the  desired size is not in stock, a credit note will be credited to your account created on www.umbel.in. The amount of this credit is equal to the value of the article that you purchased.
Validity of this credit note issued for exchange is 10 days.

Note: This credit will be issued only after we receive back the article and validate the return. This credit note can be used in next 10 days on www.umbel.in

Exchange/Returns/Refunds are not accepted if the customer doesn’t like the color or material of the product. Please not that there will be a slight variation in the color,finish and overall look .The colors are calibrated differently on different screen and monitors. Hence,a slight variation in color could exist due to screen resolution.

All the sale, discounted articles ordered with coupon and credit, gift voucher, credit note are non-exchangeable, Non-returnable & Non-refundable.
