Exchange Policy

Umbel follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are stress free. We are always with you before and after your purchase. Please refer to the size chart, description  prior to making a purchase.

All the sale, discounted articles ordered with coupon, gift voucher, credit note are Non-exchangeable, Non Returnable & Non Refundable.

Size Issue: If the customer has any size issue, then he/she can mail us at info@umbel.in within 24 hours from the date of delivery. If the reverse pick up facility is available on your pin code ,we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product.The reverse pick up charges are to be borne by the customer that is Rs 250. Note that the shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged/Defective Article: It is unlikely event that any article you have ordered from us is damaged or defective or different from what you had ordered. In such cases,you can mail us at info@umbel.in within 24 hours from the date of delivery. We will replace the product with the fastest possible courier facility.

NOTE: An uncut Unboxing Video for the  first time  is mandatory  to initiate an exchange request in case if there is a size issue or even if the product is damaged or defective. Please note we will check the whole piece before dispatching your exchanged product. The original item should be unused, unworn, unwashed & undamaged and should have all the original tags.Otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.

What if the size of article I desire to exchange is not in stock?

If the desired size of the article that you wish to exchange is not in stock, a credit note will be credited to your account created on www.umbel.in. The amount of this credit is equal to the value of the article that you purchased. This excludes the Shipping charges.

Validity of this credit note issued for exchange is 10 days.

Note: This credit will be issued only after we receive back the article and validate the return.This credit note can be used in next 10 days on www.umbel.in

Why my exchange is not accepted?

Exchange/Returns/Refunds are not accepted if the customer doesn’t like the color or material of the product. Please not that there will be a slight variation in the color,finish and overall look .The colors are calibrated differently on different screen and monitors. Hence,a slight variation in color could exist due to screen resolution.
